About FieldMonitor
FieldMonitor is an agricultural technology company focused on one thing: helping farmers and operations teams see what is happening across large areas of farmland, and know where to act.
Modern agriculture generates an enormous amount of data. Satellites pass overhead constantly, weather models run continuously, and every field has a history. But a farm manager standing in an office cannot turn raw imagery into a decision about which field to visit this afternoon.
FieldMonitor exists to close that gap. We analyze agricultural land continuously and surface a short, ranked list of the places that need attention — with a location and a recommended action attached to each one.
Every feature is judged by whether it helps someone make a better decision on the farm. Technology is the means, not the product.
We publish outcomes and pilot results only when they are verified. Where data isn't confirmed yet, we say so.
Averages hide problems. FieldMonitor is built to tell you which zone of which field is changing, and by how much.

About the team
FieldMonitor was founded around a simple idea: the world's agricultural fields are generating enormous amounts of data, but farmers need decisions — not more data. The founders combine deep technology experience with a focus on building practical tools that can improve agricultural operations in the real world.
Co-Founder & CEO
Amichai leads FieldMonitor's commercial strategy, partnerships and go-to-market. He spent more than a decade in senior sales and business-development roles across enterprise software and cyber security — including as VP Sales & Business Development at Protected Media (acquired by Mediaocean) — and has served on the advisory boards of several venture-backed technology companies.
Co-Founder & CTO
Ron leads product and engineering. He has built and led R&D and machine-learning teams across multiple technology companies — as VP R&D at Sepana and as co-founder and CTO of several early-stage ventures — with earlier work running large-scale technology transformation programs for banks and insurers in Israel. He has lectured and spoken internationally on AI and emerging technology.
